What was the situation that made you want to work with The IFA PA?
I had been running my business for around 10 years and due to the natural growth of the client bank, I was running short of time. Essentially my business was getting too big for one person. I had no spare time and taking holidays was also a problem.
How did The IFA PA solve your problem?
The team at The IFA PA helped me by taking some of the routine work off my desk and giving me the comfort of knowing that if I wanted to take a week off from the office, there would be someone available to speak with my clients if they called the office or emailed me.
My PA helped free up my time by contacting insurance companies to request information about new clients’ policies. The request was regularly chased up until the information arrived. This saved me many hours of my own time. They also spoke to any clients who called the office whilst I was away on holiday, thus providing a better level of service to my clients and comfort to me that my clients were receiving a response.
Now I have more time and can relax more on holiday!

Absolutely, there is no downside – give it a go. My PA was very helpful, friendly, and approachable, and a delight to work with.
