What was the situation that made you want to work with The IFA PA?

Our work had increased to the level that we needed more support but not enough to warrant employing another member of staff.  We needed flexibility to cope with periods of higher workloads to take pressure off me as I was too involved in doing admin tasks. Trying to cope with the level of work and not having the time to work on the business meant that client servicing was suffering. 

How did The IFA PA solve your problem?

The IFA PA helped to free up some time to improve our service, completing admin tasks (particularly reviews) as these were becoming too onerous for the structure that we had in place. We were introduced to our PA who learned what we needed and our systems. We now have reviews and valuations all done on time. 

How has your life changed since working with The IFA PA? Would you recommend us to people who were hesitating in outsourcing their Financial Services administration?

Less stress means more time to do what I need! The team are so efficient, don’t hesitate. Flexible working helps with ebbs and flows in levels of work at less cost and commitment to employing an extra member of staff.
